HOW TO ORDER
For faster service and the lowest prices, place orders "Online"
Please note the following:
- All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Pictures of items are generic and might not match exactly. Refer to the written description of the item. Specifications given are from the manufacturers and importers and we reserve the right to modify our information provided herein.
- A&M Investigations is not responsible for internet order errors.
- Prices are rarely incorrect but we retain the right to refuse any transaction pending the correction of pricing.
- Prices for items not in stock at time of order are subject to price change prior to delivery.
- We notify customers of any error via e-mail. We are not responsible for e-mail transmission errors.
We will not ship firearms directly to you. They will be sent to your local FFL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer, who will then perform any background checks and paperwork required in your state/locality. We do not ship firearms to non-FFL holders. This is federal law!
It is your responsibility to contact the FFL Dealer to make sure of their policies, procedures, and any applicable fees they might charge.Please note, as of 2/1/05 it is now legal for us to accept a faxed or scanned e-mail copy of your dealer's signed license!

1. Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, for prompt shipment. 2. Credit Cards are only accepted within the USA.
3.All products must include the billing address on the credit card. All transactions are authorized for the full amount at time the order is placed.
4. Merchandise purchased with business or personal checks will be held 14 days, 2 days for money orders or longer until check has cleared the bank before the order is shipped . We do not accept electronic check transfers (E-Check). Please note your online order number on the check. C.O.D.: We do not ship C.O.D

Special Order items require a 50% deposit. LEFT HAND OR CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELED ONCE WE HAVE ACQUIRED YOUR ITEM. Special order deposits are charged immediately. If the order is canceled on a special order item, then A&M Investigations will refund all deposited funds, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the item. Some items may require a deposit equal to the full value of the item, but these are notated. Special Order items are non-returnable, but in many cases are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
LEFT HAND ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELED. OPTICS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
If ordering a short barrel that can be used on a rifle we require a signed statement explaining you will either use the barrel for a handgun or, if it is to be used on a rifle, that you are going to register the firearm as a short-barrel rifle.
Instructions for Returns
New firearms are non-returnable.
To insure your satisfaction with your new firearm, we offer the following support:
A&M Investigations, LLC's LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE NONPERFORMING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS (TO BE DETERMINED AT OUR DISCRETION). WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
*Exceptions include Used Firearms, Surplus & Military Firearms (new or used), and firearms used for commercial, rental or demonstrations, etc. This warranty applies to new firearms sold after October 30, 2010. A&M Investigations shall make the final determination for any exceptions to this warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty & Service: In some cases, it may be best to send your firearm directly to the manufacturer for repair or adjustment. Some manufacturers offer superior service and we may direct you in this regard, depending on the brand.
Used Gun Purchase (Buy Back): At our discretion, we may offer to buy a firearm, at a price to be determined by A&M Investigations.
Private Sale Ad Board: We offer a ‘For sale’ section in the A&M Investigations Forums (link here) where you may offer your firearm for sale, following all state and federal laws.
Changes To Your Order
We will attempt to help you with a change to your order before it ships. If request is e-mailed, please save a copy of our reply for future verification. Do not assume your email has been received or read unless your get a PERSONAL reply from a Service Agent.
Price Changes to an Existing Order
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will attempt to contact you if prices change, before we ship. This applies to all items, including special orders and back orders. Due to the special nature of some items, exact prices are not known until delivery is made to us.
We reserve all rights of final pricing.
Many items with a long lead time may change in price over time, there is no guarantee that we will be able to ship at the ordered price if the manufacturer changes the price to us, although we do strive to keep your price the same.
Incorrect items: If a product is not the product that you ordered, A&M Investigations will either replace the product or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of receipt. A&M Investigations cannot replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you will send these items directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
Note: We do not accept refunds on scopes, binoculars, flashlights, software, DVD’s or hearing protectors.
Special Order Items may not be returned
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if the item has not shipped (excluding items over $1000.00 or special orders. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged on these orders).
All firearm purchases are final. We will not accept returns on any firearm. For defective or damaged firearms, please refer to the manufacturers warranty.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. We will send you an e-mail with your cancellation information. If you do not get a return confirmation from an Impact Service Agent, your order has not been cancelled! Contact us if you do not receive a reply to your request to cancel.
We cannot cancel your order unless you contact us by phone. This is to ensure that your order has not already shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
